台灣近二十年來學校組織變革研究論文評析

摘要

學校組織變革是當前教育改革的重要議題，它能有效活化組織，強化學校效能，提昇教育品質。學校行政機關如何有效化解成員對變革的抗拒，進而樂意配合實施，並將其落實於校務經營之中，乃是當前推展學校組織變革努力重點。期能透過本研究對近年來學校組織變革相關研究進行分析探究，瞭解其研究趨勢與成果，提供未來研究及學校組織主管進行變革參考，進而有效增進學校組織變革效能。

School organizational change is an important subject under discussion for current educational reform, which can effectively activate organization, reinforce school efficiency and enhance education quality. It is the key point for promoting and developing school organizational change at present how educational administrative organs effectively solve resistance to the change from school members, and make them willing to cooperate to implement the change in school operations. I hope to make analysis and investigation on research concerning school organizational changes during recent years, find out researching trends and achievements on school organizational change and provide reference for organizational change by leaders in research and educational organizations in the future based on this research, thus increasing efficiency of school organizational change.
