摘要

新世紀的來臨，帶來新的觀念，面對新的形勢，取得優勢的關鍵繫於「創意」和「品質」。「品質」是價值與尊嚴的起點，惟有提昇教育品質，有效培育人才，才能提昇國家的競爭力。「優質教育」是一種紮根的教育，是提供孩子適性發展、發揮潛能的教育。教育的發展和改革，必須邁向國際化、現代化，掌握正確方向，才能打造優質的教育環境，培育適性全能的人才。學校可因應不同的背景、條件及需求，發展優質學校執行方案，才能提昇學校經營的品質，帶動學校永續的發展。

New idea occurs in the new century. Facing the new situation, we have to know that creativity and quality is the key of superiority. Quality is the source of value and dignity. Promoting education quality and effectively cultivating the talented person can promote national competitive ability. High quality education is the education of taking root that provides the opportunity of suitability development for the children. The development and the reform of education must step to internationalization and modernization controlling the correct direction in order to make the education environment of high quality and cultivate suitability versatile talented person. The school may accord the different background, condition and demand to develop the plan of high quality school for promoting the quality of school management and leading the forever development of school.
