組織學習理論與其在學校行政的應用

Organization Learning Theory than Application's School is Administrationing

摘要


组織学習是组織進化的過程,是一種動態的現象。目的在培養組織變革的能力,其理論来源主要来自学習理論、及組織之相關研究;其動機在增加組織兢爭優勢,目的在改善組織績效。本研究採用文獻分析法,並蒐集相關的獻與網路(頁)資料進行研讀、比較,做爲探討的依掘據。 從組識學習的理論中,將組織學習的理念,如營造知識分享的情境以改善工作績效,建構學習文化以賦予組識活力,理性對話與溝通促進集體學習,提昇管理團隊的自我反省及修正能力,培養系統思考能力以掌握整體的變動,型塑學校共同願景以維持學習動力及承諾,聯結學校與家長及社區為學習社群等應用於學校教育中,以提升學校競爭之優勢,並使學校具有革新的能力。因此,如何建構一個完善的組識學習環境的學校,以因應環境變遷、再造新機、契機,是新時代的領導者不容忽視的課題。

It is the course organized and evolved that the organization studies, it is a kind of dynamic phenomenon. Ability to train organizational change that the purpose is here, its theory source mainly comes from relevant research that studies the theory, and organizing; Its motive is increasing and organizing the competition advantage, the purpose is to improve the performance of organizing. This research adopts the analytic approach of documents, collect relevant documents and networks (P) The materials are studied carefully, compared, do the basis in order to be probed into. From organizing in the theory of study, will organize the idea of study, such as build situation that knowledge share in order to improve working performance, is it study with give vigor of organizing to construct to build, talks and communicates to promote the collective to study, promote the self-introspection of the management group and revise ability in reason, train the system to think ability is in order to grasp the change of the whole, the type moulds the school and wishes together the scene is by keeping studying motive force and promising, bind the school, parents and community to apply in order to study the community etc. To school education, in order to improve the advantage of school competition, make the school have ability to improve. So, how perfect organization school that study environment it build it construct, with because should changes not environmental, give a new lease of life to machine, the opportunity not new of, it is the subject that the leader in new era can't ignore.
