本文乃以女性主義觀點探討國民中、小學女性校長進入領導場域之玻璃天花板,挑戰女性知識建構和生產方式上所複製的階級權力之不平等,以女性主義的觀點來詮釋女性校長的生涯發展之玻璃天花板,深入瞭解女性校長在公私領域上的弱勢地位。 此文將台灣國民中、小學女性校長的比率列表分析,並延伸視野,一窺在國際上女性校長的比率與處境,再依女性領導者的家庭結構、工作職場、以及社會環境等面向一一分析其玻璃天花板效應。 最後,研究者提出女性校長突破玻璃天花板障礙之策略,藉此喚起女性主體意識、建立女性支持系統、打造公平正義的組織文化,以及發揮女性特有的女性領導風格等方式,開啟女性校長領導之路。
This study is discussed from the feminism point of view to probe the influence of glass ceiling on promotion of the elementary and junior high school female principals; to challenge the inequality of the duplicate authority class constructed and produced by female knowledge, and to interpret the influence of the glass ceiling on female principals' career promotion for deeply understanding their disadvantaged status in public and private domains. The ratio of the elementary and junior high school female principals in Taiwan will be tabled to analyze in this study and further to compare with other countries'. Moreover, the glass ceiling effect will be discussed from the aspects of family structures, workplaces, and social environments. The strategy will be proposed in the end of the study to overcome the glass ceiling obstacle by awaking the feminist consciousness, establishing a supporting system, creating a fair organizational culture, and developing the female principal's leading style.
