Organizational change is a constantly process. In recent years, school organization confronts many structural changes. The purposes of these changes not only increase the effectiveness of school, but promote the qualities of teaching and learning. Under Grade 1-9 Curriculum, the range of school evaluation is more completely than before. Therefore, school organizational change and school evaluation affect each other. This article consists of several parts. The first part, it explores the concepts of rganizational change and school evaluation. The second part, it explores school members confront many problems in school evaluation by the four frames of organizational change leadership of Bolman & Deal. Finally, the author poses the implications of organizational change in schools for school evaluation, including transforming the relationship between organizational change and school evaluation, building open atmosphere of school evaluation, creating nice environment of teaching and learning.
