組織變革與發展理論對當代教育革新的啟示

摘要


組織變革與發展理論,係一種透過計劃性變革以改善組織及個體行爲的應用科學。由於社會的急遽變遷,當前的組織結構正面臨多元開放的挑戰與衝擊。教育係整個社會系統的一個次級系統,伴隨著社會結構的急速變動,政經體制的民主開放,資訊科技的突飛猛進,益以科學理論典範的革命,其不僅影響人類的思維模式與價值觀念,亦旦對傳統教育發展產生巨大的衝擊,尤以晚近在行政組織社群所興起的流程變革、再生工程、扁平化組織、團隊組織及學習型組織等變革發展概念,對當代敎育的改革,深具啓示意義。爲進一步闡發組織變革與發展理論對當前教育革新的啓示,本文擬分四部份加以論述:首先,説明組織變革與發展理論的基本概念;其次,析述影響組織變革與發展的重要因素;復次,闡述組織變革與發展的實際運作模式;最後,指出組織變革與發展理論對當代教育革新的啓示。

Organizational Change and Development (OCD) is the applied behavioral science discipline dedicated to improving organizations and individuals in them through the use of the theory and practice of planned change Organizations face multiple challenges today-challenges from turblent environment, increased competition, and changing customer demand. Educational system is a subsystem of social systems, with the advance of information technology, the rapid change of social structure, democracy and oppeness of politic and economic systems, and the paradigm revolution of scientific theory, these trends not only influence human thinking model and value judgement, but challenge of contemporary educational development. In order to explain the implications of organizational change and development theory on contemporary educational innovation, there are four parts of this paper: (1) to clarify the basic ideas of OCD; (2) to analyze the influencial background factors of OCD; (3) to describe practical action model of OCD; (4) to indicate the implication of OCD on contemporary educational innovation.
