The role of the school principal has undergone a multidimensional transformation through encounters with educational revolutions. The purpose of this article is to illustrate how the concepts of laws, power, and tactics described in Han Feizi apply to school principal’s leaderships through integrating history discussions into practical school-based cases. This article will inspire school principals to generate practical leadership skills.
