The study of e-management indicators in quality school which consisted of six dimensions: 1. establishing the organizational system of school e-management, 2. enriching the foundational environment of the high quality e-management, 3. establishing the database of e-management for teaching and administration, 4. promoting the advanced informational accomplishments of e-management for the personnel, 5. achieving the concrete level breadth of e-management, and 6. establishing the checking mechanism of e-management for performance feedback. Acquired data was analyzed by statistical methods and the main findings were found as follows: 1. The result of critical ratio analysis was good. 2. The result of reliability analysis was good. 3. The inventory had good suitability and fitness of the dimensions and items. Finally, according to of the findings, we proposed that the enlightenments: 1. Insert the theory and practice of emanagement and knowledge management into the school administration curriculum, 2. Ladle out the funds and the resources to enrich the foundational environment of the high quality e-management, 3. establishing the database of e-management to collect the entire participative achievement, 4. The operation of administration in quality school must bind with the school vision.
