摘要

我國高等教育近年來在急速擴充的情況下，教育品質的議題備受各方關注。教學品質是教育品質的核心，而教師是決定教學品質與學生學習成效的關鍵人物，因此希能藉由大學教師教學專業發展，提升學生的學習品質，進而增進整體教育競爭力。基此，本文透過文獻探討與分析，首先說明國內外有關大學教師教學專業發展的意涵；其次，論述大學教師教學專業發展活動的推動、形式與內容；再次，探討影響大學教師教學專業發展的相關因素；最後，討論大學教師教學專業發展之可行策略，以作為大學校院推動教師教學專業發展之參考。

Under the expansion of higher education in Taiwan, educational quality is the concern for all of the society. Teacher is the key to educational quality because teaching quality depends on teachers' quality and their teaching abilities. Therefore, it is hoped that through faculty teaching professional development in universities, it can promote students' learning quality, and enhance educational competition. By documentary analysis, this study firstly illustrates the meaning and contents of teaching professional development of university faculty; secondly, the researcher discusses the implementation, forms and contents of activities for teaching professional development of university faculty, and the researcher analyzes the related influencing factors. Lastly, the study discusses the feasible strategies to develop teaching professional development of university faculty for reference.
