全球評鑑專業團體的發展及啟示

The Development of Professional Evaluation Organization and Its Implications

摘要


評鑑成為一門專業的重要條件之一是評鑑專業團體的成立,近十年來國家級以上評鑑專業團體的成長頗為快速,了解全球評鑑專業團體的發展現況以尋求對我國評鑑領域發展的啟示,就成為當前的要務之一。本文首從評鑑專業化的角度切入評鑑專業團體發展的背景;其次整理國家級評鑑團體及跨國區域性評鑑團體的發展概況,論述中各先呈現五個最早成立的評鑑專業團體,並綜合說明其餘團體的概況;再者綜合說明全球評鑑專業團體的發展趨向;最後則提出評鑑專業團體的發展所帶來的啟示。

並列摘要


While educational evaluation has become more important in recent years, little is known about the development of and issues in regard to professional evaluation organizations in Taiwan. Several evaluation scholars illustrate the growing worldwide recognition of the importance of evaluation and its internationalization: including the expansion of evaluation activities in national, regional and local policy decision making; the potential growth of regional and national evaluation organizations; and the increasing national diversity. The study focuses on the developments, experiences, and events of professional evaluation organizations within international context. The inspiration of developments and experiences of professional organizations from this study will provide the useful information for future evaluation works. Furthermore, the study concludes with implications and suggestions for improving evaluation organization development in Taiwan.
