學校創新經營之探究-社會資源創新經營之探討

The Exploring of School Innovation Management: on Social Resources Innovative Management

摘要


面對少子化的教育環境,國民小學無不尋求突破之道。創新經營理念的提出與倡導已普遍為各國民小學接受,然而,學校在推展教育理念、實踐教育價值的同時,往往受限於資源經費的不足,使得其成效大打折扣。教育預算經費資源有限,社會資源相對充足。在綜覽目前創新經營相關文獻中,對於社會資源創新經營所涉及之開發、規劃、整合等相關過程階段加以深入探討者,卻少見其中。這對受限於資源缺乏卻有志於突破困境之學校教育人員而言,無疑是一種缺憾。因此,本文目的在於探討社會資源經營內涵與過程步驟,以及提出運用參考之架構模式。文中首先闡述學校創新經營之概念,其次,說明社會資源創新經營之內涵,接著提出社會資源創新經營之架構模式,並以一所社會資源創新經營的國民小學為事例,說明其社會資源創新經營之作法與過程,期待能為學校在推動社會資源創新經營上有所幫助,也為後續社會資源創新經營的理論發展上提供助益。

The face of the educational environment of the low birth rate, the elementary schools are all finding a solution. Although elementary schools have accepted the proposed concept of innovative management, but often limited by lack of resources funding, not fully practice the philosophy of education, educational value. Education budget of limited resources, social resources are relatively abundant. Overview of innovative management literature, social resources innovative management (SRIM) involved in the development, planning, integration stage of the process to consider them in depth, which are rare. Such condition, It is a great pity for those who want to break the plight of school education staff. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore the meaning content and process step and framework model. First expounded the concept of school innovation management, followed by the description of the meaning content of social resources innovative management, and then propose the framework model of social resources innovative management, and provide an example of social resources innovative management in elementary school to describe the processes and practices of social resources innovative management. Finally, the research proposed many viewpoints about social resources innovative management. The meanings of the study are not only to expand the theoretical development of SRIM, but also to provide some concrete and creative benefits to the SRIM of the operation in education scene.
