毛高文部長的教育理念與面臨教育轉型發展課題之研究

摘要


臺灣解嚴後,國內社會環境面臨強烈的變化與挑戰,在教育上也是如此,因為關係著民族與國家發展的命脈。因此,推動教育民主化與自由化,成為教育轉型的重要目標。本研究目的在瞭解臺灣解嚴後初始教育轉型政策的革新發展課題,故以解嚴後第一任部長毛高文為探討對象。本研究採用質性的個案研究,透過文獻分析、訪談等,藉以探討毛部長的教育理念與政策革新發展等內涵,最後是結論。

After Taiwan martial law was lifted, all side of the domestic social circumstances have faced strong changes and challenges. Education is not an exception, because it concerns the future of people and country. therefore, promoting the democratization and the liberalization in education become important directions in our educational innovation and development. This research discusses the initial period of educational transformation and take the first minister of Education after martial law was lifted the Mao Kao-Wen, as an example. This study uses the case studies which include analysis of article documents and interview of the minister Mao Kao-wen, From these materials. I explore his education ideal and developing issue of educational innovation policies and practical efforts. And finally, I make the conclusion.
