國民小學校長學術樂觀與學校效能關係之研究

The Study on the Relationships between Primary School's Principal Academic Optimism and School Effectiveness

摘要


本研究旨在了解國民小學校長學術樂觀與學校效能之現況與關係。在研究方法採行問卷調查法,並編製「國民小學校長學術樂觀與學校效能調查問卷」,研究對象為臺灣地區國民小學教師,並使用結構方程模式驗證校長學術樂觀與學校效能之關係。研究結果顯示校長學術樂觀與學校效能現況良好,兩者之間是有相關性,也獲得良好適配度的影響關係模式。校長學術樂觀與學校效能有顯著之直接影響效果。本研究建議校長能與同仁、家長與學生充分溝通了解,凝聚教育共識;推動教育行政機關,培養領導者效能感;領導者多運用學術樂觀策略,營造校園優質的學習環境;倍增教師教學能力,增強學生學習成就,而提升學校的效能。

This study aims to understand the current status and relationships between Primary School's principal academic optimism and school effectiveness. It uses questionnaire survey as research methods, and draws up "Questionnaires of relationships between Primary School's principal academic optimism and school effectiveness." The teachers in Primary School in Taiwan area are the study subjects; besides, the relationships between Primary School's principal academic optimism and school effectiveness can be verified by the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in this study. The results show that there are positive correlations between principal academic optimism and school effectiveness, and that there is also goodness of fit between the two. In addition, the study also confirms that principal's academic optimism has a direct and significant effect on school effectiveness. This study suggests that principal should have a complete communication with colleagues, parents and students to have an agreement in education; next, he should promote executive service, and cultivate efficacy of leadership. Leaders should create a qualified learning environment on campus, multiply teaching capabilities, enhance student achievement, and enhance the school effectiveness in the long run via the strategy of principal's academic optimism.
