摘要


本文旨在探究技術型高中規劃職場倫理課程之必要性與關鍵議題。主要是採用文獻分析的方式,透過國內、外相關文獻進行闡述。除就倫理與職場倫理的意涵進行論述外,更就現階段學生的養成教育、教學現場與職場等不同層面的觀點,探討技術型高中在日後規劃職場倫理課程的必要性。最後透過關鍵議題的釐清及探究,提出教師人力的安排、課程時數的規劃、教學內容(如:教學策略與評量)的安排以及學生學習策略的運用等四項具體可行的因應策略,供日後各界規劃及實施相關課程之參考。

The essay is to study the necessity and key issues of planning workplace ethics course of vocational high schools and to stimulate the discussion based on the analysis of collecting documents from home and abroad. The essay tries to study further the necessity of planning Ethics course of vocational high school from the different aspects of the student education, on the spot teaching and workplace. Through the summary and clarification of the relevant crucial issues, the essay attempts to provide four practicable strategies as the reference for planning and excusing workplace ethics course in post-secondary education, which are the arrangement of teachers and lessons hours, teaching contents, and studying strategies.
