本研究旨在探究我國技術校院中等教育學程學生工作價值觀與任教意願之關係,乃在分析其間之分布、差異、相關與預測情形,期能作為各校師培中心與有關的教育單位相關議題之參考。根據研究目的,本研究係採問卷調查方式,首先透過文獻探討確立研究架構,據以發展「中等教育學程學生工作價值觀與任教意願之調查問卷」,並以全面普查的方式,針對當前技術校院師資培育中心中等教育學程在校學生進行問卷施測,繼而針對問卷施測結果加以統計分析,統計方法採描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、卡方考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸分析。經資料處理與結果分析後,獲致以下結論: 一、學生對學校服務品質之滿意度、工作價值觀和任教意願屬於「中高程度」。 二、就有無任教經驗的中等教育學程學生而言,在高、中、低分組之工作價值觀的分布情形有顯著不同。 三、學校服務品質與工作價值觀、任教意願之間呈現「中度正相關」。 四、學校服務品質與工作價值觀、任教意願之間呈現「中度正相關」。 五、工作價值觀與任教意願有正向高度的典型相關,並存有三組典型變項。 六、社會聲望、人際互動、課程內容、組織安全、行政支援以及創新發展,較能顯著預測對中等教育學程學生任教的意願。
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between work values and teaching willingness of students in secondary teacher education program and make conclusions and suggestions practically, hoping to offer some recommendation to educational administration authority and teacher education institution to improve the work values and teaching willingness. The research methods are literary analysis and questionnaire survey. First, search related literatures and inquire the meanings, dimension, and the measurement of work values and teaching willingness. Then, inquire the relationship between the two. In addition, use the questionnaire by mail to investigate the related information of work values and teaching willingness of students in secondary teacher education programs in universities and institutes of technology and analyze and discuss the results. Finally, make conclusions from the discovery of the research. Conducting a census for 563 students in secondary teacher education programs of universities and institutes of technology was adopted. The results of the survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, One sample t-test, Cronbach's α, Chi-Square, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Six main conclusions were derived as follows: 1. The whole school service quality, work values and teaching willingness of students were beyond the average level. 2. Identification of students to work values was divided into high-score, medium-score and low-score. For students with teaching experience and students without teaching experience, there were significant differences in the distribution of high, medium and low- score of work values. 3. There was medium positive correlation between school service quality and work values. 4. There was medium positive correlation between school service quality and teaching willingness. 5. There was high positive canonical correlation between work values and teaching willingness and exited three groups of canonical variables. 6. “Social reputation,” “human interaction,” “curriculum,” “organization safety,” “administration support”, and “creative development” can significantly predict teaching willingness.
