教育管理變項研究主題與計量分析方法之綜析

The Research Topics and Quantitative Analysis Methods for Studying Educational Management Variables

摘要


教育管理變項研究多探討變項結構和變項關係,成果眾多但探討視野有限,若能擴大研究主題和運用更多計量分析方法將能豐富研究成果。對此本文釐清教育管理變項的意涵和功能,指出五類教育管理變項構型、三個研究焦點、六類探討重點和13個研究主題,並闡述由研究主題及其假設前提和可用計量分析方法組成的教育管理變項研究思考架構。另檢視文獻發現臺灣地區教育管理變項研究主要依賴心理計量學方法,進行狀態、變項、關係、角色和結構等分析,而國外新興研究則新增發展分析,對照思考架構則見若干研究主題未探討,乃提出一個應用架構,供計量分析教育管理變項時參考。最後檢索多個大型文獻資料庫,提出66個教育管理變項研究適用的分析方法,並彙整其中譯名稱、可用分析軟體和有關的新分析方法。

Studying educational management variables usually explored the variable's structure and relationship that had got rich findings but its focus was narrow. If research topics can expand and more quantitative analysis methods can adopt, the educational management variable study may enrich the research findings. So the study clarified the meaning and functions of educational management variable, and pointed out five configurations, three research focuses, six explored topics as well as 13 research themes. A thinking framework for educational management variable study which is composed of research themes, hypotheses and quantity analytic methods, was illustrated. According to literature review, the educational management variable studies in Taiwan depended mainly on psychometric methods to conduct the state analysis, variable analysis, relationship analysis, role analysis and structure analysis; but the educational management variable studies in other countries has conducted extra the development analysis. Compared with the thinking framework, some research topics haven't been discussed. Therefore an application framework for educational management variable study was proposed to make reference to quantity analysis the educational management variables. Finally several large literature databases about educational management variable research were retrieved to propose 66 suitable analytic methods and its Chinese translations, available analytic software as well as some related newly analytic methods.
