本研究目的在分析國內近年來校長領導美學相關研究之內容、現況及發展情形,為達上述目的,本研究採取內容分析法,獲得以下結論:(1)研究數量有逐年增加之趨勢,與國內學術發展需求有相關;(2)研究對象多數集中在國民小學(含幼兒園),以高級中學為對象者較少;(3)研究方法多數採取訪談的質性研究法,較缺乏方法運用的多元性;(4)研究類型偏重變相關係探討及現況描述,探索性及解釋性研究數量較少;(5)運用校長領導美學實施遭遇的困境,主要是學校美學發展有待提升;(6)實施校長領導美學的有效策略,以形塑校長領導美學的願景策略被認為最重要。針對上述結論,提出相關建議,以供參考。
This research aimed to analyze the content, the current situation, and the development of domestic principals' leading aesthetics research in recent years. In order to achieve its purpose, this research adopted the content analysis method and reached the following conclusions: (1) There seems to be an increasing number of studies related to the needs of domestic academic development every year; (2) The research articles appear to be primarily concentrated in elementary schools (including kindergartens), and a few senior high schools; (3) Furthermore, the primary research method utilized the qualitative research design and centered on interviews which lacked diversification of method application; (4) The research focused on the discussion of disguised relations and the description of the current situation, in addition to the inadequate number of exploratory and explanatory studies; (5) Consequently, the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the principal's leadership aesthetics suggest that the development of school aesthetics needs to be improved; (6) Additionally, the results suggest that more significance is placed on practical implementation strategies for principals' leadership aesthetics. Appropriate recommendations are made in response to the above conclusions.
