以「粉樂町政大續展」為例探討FTCC做為策展決策參考模式之可行性

近年來由於全球文化創意產業興起，展覽的功能日益多元，形式也愈來愈複雜。如何以明智的策展、借展或續展，延續展覽影響力、創造新的價值，是策展人或策展團隊在做決策時的考驗。然而到目前為止，尚未有系統性的策展決策模式或方法。因此，本研究擬以在藝術教育領域應用成功的FTC（Form, Theme, Context）Model為基礎，提出一FTCC（Form, Theme, Context, Cost）策展決策參考模式，並先將原FTC model個面向下之考量因素，轉化調整為策展考量之決策因素，再加上策展成本考量之決策因素，完成初步FTCC模式建構。接著整理歸納重要文獻中提及評量展覽成功與否的關鍵要素，將其融入FTCC模式之決策因素，完成模式建構。最後，應用此完成之FTCC模式，分析探討政大藝文中心與富邦藝術基金會於 2010年共同主辦「粉樂町政大續展」之決策過程，以說明此模式應用於策展決策，並驗證其應用的可行性。研究結果顯示：1. FTCC模式確可提供策展人（團隊）建構充分展覽形式、主題、脈絡與成本四個面向的評估因素考量，以完成明智決策；2.從展覽的活動統計與觀眾問卷分析顯示，應用此FTCC模式作為決策參考模式決定辦理的「粉樂町政大續展」，在推動無牆美術館、提高藝術與觀眾互動性、擴大觀眾參與以及專業交流等，獲得良好的績效，顯示此FTCC模式具有做為策展決策的參考價值。

In recent years, due to the global rise of cultural and creative industries, the use of exhibitions has become increasingly diverse with more complex form of presentation. How to create the innovated value and prolong the influence of exhibition through proper curatorial decision making is the challenge for the curator or the curatorial team. However, no systematic approach or model of curatorial decision making has been proposed yet. This study tried to propose a FTCC (Form, Theme, Context, Costs) model for curatorial decision making, based on the FTC model which has been successfully applied in art education. By adapting and expanding the factors under each aspect of the original FTC model into factors suitable for curatorial decision making and by establishing additional factors related to cost aspect of art exhibition, the primary FTCC model was constructed. Furthermore, key literatures on criteria for successful exhibitions were reviewed and summarized; these criteria were integrated into the decision factors for the final FTCC model. Then, through a case study of applying this FTCC model to curatorial decision making on the ”NCCU Very Fun Park” exhibition, this study demonstrated how to apply this FTCC model and verified the applicability of this model. The result of this study showed that: 1. The FTCC model can provide the curator/curatorial team sufficient estimations on the form, theme, context, and cost of an exhibition, in order to make a right decision; 2. Through the some statistics of the ”NCCU Very Fun Park” exhibition and the audience questionnaire analysis showed that this exhibition, decided with the FTCC model, was successful, especially on the aspects of promoting the concept of ”museum without wall”, of improving the interaction between arts and audience, expanding the audience involvement and professional networking etc. With the positive feedback, the FTCC was proven to be a valuable curator decision making reference.
