The objective of this research is to explore the relationship within work stress, stress coping, and leisure participation for the healthcare employees. The sample is from the healthcare employees of the medicine center and the region hospital primarily. Convenience sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research. 600 questionnaires were distributed and 397 of them returned. The valid response rate is around 73.1%. The research findings are:Work stress has significant positive effects on stress coping needs.Stress coping needs have significant positive effects on leisure participation.There is full mediate effort for stress coping needs to the relation between work stress and leisure participation.
