海域型遊憩區觀光吸引類型與遊客體驗關係之研究

A Study on the Relationships of Tourist Attractions and Experiences in Coastal Recreation

摘要


本研究以海域型遊憩區呈現特性對遊客之吸引力進行調查分析,並探討觀光吸引類型與遊客滿意程度、參與程度之關係,以便利抽樣方法請墾丁地區小灣、南灣二處海域遊憩活動遊客填寫問卷,有效樣本計240份,運用敘述性統計、單因子變異數分析、相關及多元迴歸分析等進行資料分析,研究結果顯示,墾丁海域遊憩區現有客群主要來自於小團體出遊性質,重遊程度高且偏向自行安排行程;經常從事海域遊憩活動、自行安排行程及自行開車遊客其重遊程度相對增加,而自行安排行程及自行開車者之停留時間亦相對較長;海域型遊憩區的觀光吸引力與遊客滿意度存在正相關,其中以行銷推廣、核心效益、活動規劃、服務管理構面最能預測遊客滿意程度;遊客停留時間與觀光吸引力之部份構面存在正相關。

This study examines the tourist attractions and investigates the relationship among tourist attractions, satisfaction and involvement in order to provide information for coastal recreation development. The data were collected with convenient sampling of 240 subjects from Little Bay and South Bay in Ken-ting area and analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results show that most tourists traveled in small groups, with high degree of revisits and tendency in self-arranged tours; tourists had coastal recreation often, arranged their own tours, and traveled by their vehicles increased their revisit frequency; tourists with self-arranged tours and by their vehicles stayed longer; there is a positive correlation in tourist attractions and satisfaction which is reflected in marketing, core effects, activity planning, and service management; a positive correlation also exists between stay length and tourist attractions.
