探討影響醫院資訊系統成效因素

醫院採用資訊科技以降低醫療成本、提高醫療品質並增進效率與效能，為各醫療機構所必需面對的議題與全民殷切之期盼。本研究為瞭解影響醫院資訊系統成效的因素，以台灣地區級以上醫院並曾經歷醫院引進新系統的使用者為對象。主要研究內容、方法與問卷調查分析結果為：(1)影響醫院資訊系統成效的因素－經典型相關與皮爾森積差相關分析結果一致，五個影響因素分別為對電腦瞭解、使用者態度、工作改變的適應度、教育訓練與組織氣候；其中教育訓練與工作改變的適應度對使用者滿意度及對醫院的績效有顯著影響，使用者態度與組織氣候對使用者滿意度、使用頻率及對醫院的績效有顯著影響，對電腦瞭解對使用頻率及對醫院的績效有顯著影響。(2)使用者認為五個影響因素的重要程度由高至低之排序－使用者態度、對電腦瞭解、組織氣候、工作改變的適應度與教育訓練。研究結果將可供醫院與資訊業界發展醫院資訊系統的參考，俾使醫院資訊系統的使用更臻完善；並提供使用者參考以發揮系統之最高效率與效能。

The adoption of the information technology in hospital has brought significant decrease in cost, advance in the quality of medical and promote the effectiveness and performance. To understand the factors affecting the success in the hospital information systems, this study had conduct a survey to the personnel who had ever used the information systems in those hospitals that have been rated at the level above local hospitals by the Taiwan Department of Health. Results of this study are the following. Both the canonical correlation and Pearson correlation analysis recommended that five factors-computer knowledge, user attitude, job adaptation, education training and organizational climate had significant effect on the performance of hospital information systems. Ranking based on the importance of five factors by users in decreasing-user attitude, computer knowledge, organizational climate, job adaptation and education training. These findings of this study will provided the referential implications to hospitals and IT industry, further, conclusions and implications were discussed.
