本研究目的是使用性教育及性侵害防治教學光碟配合光碟使用手冊,探討教學介入之後,對學童之性知識和性態度的影響。以立意取樣方式選取國小五至六年級學童爲研究對象共141位,而後以班級爲單位將研究對象隨機分派至實驗組及對照組,實驗組有67位、對照組有74位,實驗組接受六週的性教育及性侵害防治教學。使用羅幼蓮(1998)所編製的「性知識與性態度調查問卷」進行研究。結果顯示,本研究中東部地區國小高年級學童之性知識程度不高,整體性知識的答對率爲46.9%,而性態度傾向則較爲正向且積極,性教育及性侵害防治教學光碟,則可以有效提升國小高年級學童性知識的瞭解程度,且性知識與性態度呈弱相關,即學童對性知識瞭解的程度愈高,性態度愈正向積極。最後期望此研究結果能提供相關健康促進之專業人員、教育人員及父母親,更進一步了解東部地區國小高年級學童性知識與性態度及其影響因素,並提供日後本土化性教育教學介入之參考。
The purpose of this paper was to assess the effectiveness of the sexuality education program for 5th and 6th grades students. Convenient subjects were recruited, a total of 141 participants with 67 in experimental group and 74 in control group. The interventions applied in the study include the sexuality education and sexual assault prevention Multimedia CD-ROM in conjunction with a pamphlet. The experimental group accepted six weeks of intervention of sex related knowledge teaching. Data was collected by the questionnaire designed by Lo (1998), and statistically analyzed by SPSS10.0 software package. The results indicated that sex related knowledge was inadequate among the participants, the overall percentage of correction was 46.9%; however, the attitude toward sex revealed was apt to be positive and proactive. The conclusion was that the multimedia teaching material and the pamphlet was effectively helpful in promoting the participants' knowledge toward sex. There was a positive correlation between sex knowledge and attitude; in other words, better understanding of sex, more positive attitude. The conclusion of this study can provide health care providers, educators and parents with better understanding for the future references on designing sexuality education in the curriculum.
