互動式多媒體教學介入對特殊教育學校智能障礙學生性教育學習成效之研究

摘要


本研究旨在發展適合智能障礙學生的互動式多媒體教學軟體(包括四個單元),並瞭解經實驗教學後,對智能障礙學生性教育之學習效果及學生對此教學媒體的評價。本研究採準實驗研究『實驗組控制組前測後測設計』以某特殊學校高職部二、三年級學生為研究對象,總計有效學生人數為104人(實驗組54人、控制組50人)。研究工具主要分為實驗教材與資料分析工具。實驗教材為自編互動式多媒體性教育課程,資料分析工具主要包括:(1)學生基本資料調查表、(2)初級預防性教育學生自我評量表、(3)教學媒體形式成效評價表。實驗組學生接受四週的「互動式多媒體性教育教學介入」,而控制組則接受傳統性教育教學介入。 研究對象在教學介入前、後一週,分別接受前測與後測。 本研究以單因子共變數分析、卡方檢定及成對樣本t檢定進行資料分析,研究結果與結論如下: (一)性教育教學介入後,在控制前測得分下,實驗組學生「整體性 知識」後測得分高於控制組,且達統計顯著差異(p <.001),顯示互動式 多媒體教學方案具有立即學習成效。 (二)性教育教學介入後,在控制前測得分下,實驗組學生「建立自我決定能 力」單元後測得分高於控制組,且達統計顯著差異,顯示互動式多媒體教學 方案具有立即學習成效。 (三)性教育教學介入後,在控制前測得分下,實驗組學生「人際同心圓」單 元後測得分高於控制組,且達統計顯著差異,顯示互動式多媒體教學方案具 有立即學習成效。 (四)性教育教學介入後,在控制前測得分下,實驗組學生「保持身心健康」 單元後測得分高於控制組,且達統計顯著差異,顯示互動式多媒體教學方案 具有立即學習成效。 (五)性教育教學介入後,在控制前測得分下,實驗組學生「性騷擾、性侵害 防制與法規」單元後測得分高於控制組,且達統計顯著差異,顯示互動式多 媒體教學方案具有立即學習成效。 此外,實驗組學生通過教學媒體形式成效評價,有92.6%學生表示互動式多媒體教學可以協助他們更容易學會性教育,有96.3%學生喜歡此教學媒體,顯示受試學生滿意性教育互動式多媒體教學。根據本研究結果,建議學校長期規劃並設計活潑又有趣的互動式性教育教材,使所有學生皆可接受到統整與連貫的性教育。

Using convenience sampling, the purpose of this study was to explore the effects of an interactive multimedia sexuality learning program (including 4 learning units) which was specially developed for students with intellectual disabilities. A pretest-posttest control group design was employed to collect and analyze the data. The participants were 104 high school level students with intellectual disabilities. They were selected from the 11th and 12th grade classes of a special education school in the middle of Taiwan. Five-four students were included in the experimental group and 50 in the control group. All participants needed to complete a 4-week course related to sexuality education; the participants in the experimental group received an interactive multimedia-based course while the participants in the control group received a paper-based course. All participants were requested to complete a pretest questionnaire before the program and a posttest questionnaire after the course. The main statistical methods used in this study included the paired-samples t test and the one-way analysis of variance. The results were as follows: 1.The results indicated that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in overall sexual knowledge. 2.The results indicated that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in ability to self- determination learning unit. 3.The results indicated that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in concentric circles of interpersonal learning unit. 4.The results indicated that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in stay healthy learning unit. 5.The results indicated that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in prevention of sexual harassment and sexual assault laws learning unit. Additionally, through self-evaluation, 92.6% of the participants who can help them more easily learn with the interactive multi-media sex education and 96.3% of the participants who were in the experimental group were satisfied with the interactive multi-media learning material of this study. According to the study, a long-term plan of interactive multimedia teaching materials on sexuality education is recommended so that all students can receive get benefits from the integral and continual sexuality education
