學校性教育之行動研究-以新竹縣尖石國民中學學生為例

The Action Research on the Campus Sexuality Education in a Junior High School- Take Gian Shir Junior High School Students for an Example

摘要


本研究旨在以行動研究方法探討以健康促進學校模式執行學校性教育方案之成效,透過SWOTA分析學校性教育現況與需求評估,並進行介入方案設計,其方法有:性教育課程、校園活動、校園環境布置、社區介入。所得的結果以量化統計、質性紀錄兩種方式加以分析,其結果如下:一、學校性教育方案介入後之成效:(一)學生性知識、性健康自我效能、學校性教育環境方面平均得分率達顯著性差異,顯示性健康促進介入有成效。其中以愛滋病知識提升最多,但整體答對率66.1%,仍需未來繼續努力。(二)學生性態度方面平均得分未達顯著性差異,但有關愛滋病關懷的態度有明顯提升。二、質性分析:本研究蒐集並分析學生的學習單、觀察學生的學習反應,並於活動實施期間適時對學生進行口頭詢問。研究過程中可發現,原住民學生熱情、善良的天性,在教育活動的參與中充分展現,另外在許多量化問卷無法評估的方面亦展現出成效,也出現事先預期不到的狀況,本研究都一一分析、探討。

The purpose of this research is to understand the effects of the action research on the sexuality education. Through the SWOTA and took the action plans including: sexuality education curriculum, school activities, campus environment and resources from the community. The results are analyzed by quantitative and qualitative methods both. The results are as below: 1. The quantitative effects of the action research: (1) The average scores of students' sexual knowledge, sexual self-efficacy and sexuality education environment are up to the level of significant differences. The average correct rate of sexual knowledge is 66.1%. (2) The average scores of students' sexual attitude is not up to the level of significant differences. But their attitude to the AIDS prevention is up to the level of significant differences. 2. The analysis of qualitative data: This data is gathered and analyzed by the students' worksheets, interaction and queries during the research time. This part research data shows some results that are not easy to be measured from the quantitative questionnaires. And some unexpected reactions were discussed particularly.
