知識管理近年來逐漸成為一個重要的研究領域,對醫療產業也不例外。本研究利用問卷針對國內115家醫院進行知識管理活動的現況調查,並對推展過程的困難加以探討,回收56份問卷之研究發現,醫院知識流通的重要管道是演講及研討會,知識創造的方式主要為共同化,至於知識的蓄積則以部門及個人蓄積為主,知識的擴散方式以教育訓練以及會議、口頭溝通為主要的管道。知識管理活動推行的困難主要在無統合的人才及效益不明顯,但有66%之醫院未來有計畫實施知識管理的活動,並藉由教育訓練與鼓勵員工進修作為主要鼓勵推動的方式,而在推展上多數認為知識管理活動的推展需要有高階管理者的支持,創造-聞放的環境,並且設置專人或專責單位來負責知識的統合,並需要資訊科技的配合才能有效進行知識管理活動。
In recent years, knowledge has become the key to effective competition and therefore stimulates a lot of researches, and the health industry is without exception. This paper employs the questionnaire method to examine the expansion of knowledge management in hospitals of Taiwan and further exploit the obstacles encountered by the hospitals. The empirical results indicate that the media of knowledge circulation are lectures and seminars. The process of knowledge construction is through socialization. As to the knowledge embodiment, which refers to the process of choosing a container for knowledge, the knowledge is quite often documented by employee themselves and individual departments. The process of knowledge dissemination is through employee training, meetings and oral communication. As for the obstacles encountered by hospitals in the process of expansion of knowledge management, the most important obstacles encountered are the lack of qualified person to organize knowledge for better use and the failure to measure the success of knowledge management. Furthermore, the support from top manager is very important. The development of knowledge sharing environment, establishment of responsible units and the support of information technology will facilitate the expansion of knowledge management.
