目的:本研究旨在調查醫療機構的知識管理能力與組織效能之現況,以及探討醫療機構知識管理能力與組織效能之相關性,並依據研究結果提出醫療機構推行知識管理之具體建議。 方法:研究方法採用橫斷式研究,以自擬式問卷針對全國區域教學級以上之醫療機構員工進行知識管理及組織效能之現況調查。總計發出750份問卷,回收255份有效問卷,有效回收率達34%。資料回收後先以描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析及信度分析進行資料處理,最後再以逐步迴歸模式探討知識管理能力對組織效能的影響。 結果:研究結果顯示,醫療機構的知識管理能力中,以支持知識分享之組織文化以及知識取得與應用能力對組織效能的影響最大,其次為彈性的組織結構以及知識轉換能力。 結論:醫療機構知識管理能力有助於組織效能的提升,因此將知識管理的觀念與具體做法導入醫療機構工作著實有其必要性。
Objectives: The study aimed to investigate medical institutes' ”ability to apply knowledge management”, and their ”organizational effectiveness”, and also the relations between the above two items. It then made concrete suggestions for medical institutes to carry out knowledge management. Methods: The investigation was conducted through the cross-sectional study. A total of 750 questionnaires were mailed to employees of regional teaching hospitals in the country. Two hundred and fifty-five valid questionnaires were collected, representing a 34% valid response rate. Valid questionnaires were processed through descriptive statistics, χ^2-test, item analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. Next, Stepwise Multiple Regression was conducted to investigate the influence of knowledge management ability on organizational effectiveness. Results: Among the different knowledge management abilities of medical institutes, ”the organizational culture of knowledge sharing” and ”knowledge acquisition and application ability” are the two abilities which were most influential on organizational effectiveness. The next two influential abilities are ”flexible organizational structure” and ”knowledge transforming ability”. Conclusions: The study proved that the relations between medical institutes' knowledge management abilities and organizational effectiveness are positive. Therefore, it was necessary to introduce the idea and related measures of knowledge management into medical institutes.
