目的:簡化作業流程,除可改善工作效能、減少錯誤,更可提升人員工作滿意,處於更優質職場會增加對組織認同與承諾。方法:依實際訪談及實地觀測,採決策矩陣分析,選定可行方案,利用調查表及作業流程程序,針對缺失規劃建置審查系統平台、製作操作指引手冊、規劃教育訓練、增設相關提醒及監測之機制。結果:案例分析審查作業滿意度僅達3.75分,流程繁瑣有27個步驟、缺乏流程規範及提醒、監控機制。透過Eliminate取消、Combine合併、Rearrange重排、Simplify簡化,簡稱ECRS原則,針對每個步驟進行分析和改善,將步驟減為8項,使滿意度提升至4.3分。結論:運用建置護理案例分析審查系統平台、增設提醒及監測機制,專案改善成效可減輕人員工作負擔,提升工作滿意度及管理成效。
Objectives: In addition to improving staff performance and reducing errors, simplifying the work process and reducing paperwork can also improve job satisfaction among staff. Working at a better-quality workplace increases recognition and commitment to the organization. Methods: Using interviews and field observations, the hospital nurse chief adopted a decision matrix analysis to select a feasible solution. Satisfaction questionnaires and workflow procedures were used to address shortcomings, and improvement measures were implemented such as planning to build a judgment system, making a simple operating guidance manual, education for the system operating process, and adding relevant reminders. Results: In this project, the degree of satisfaction was only 3.75 points. This shows the complexity of the 27 steps, a lack of regulations for judging the working process, and a lack of a reminding and supervision system. Using the principles of Eliminating, Combining, Rearranging, and Simplifying (ECRS), working processes were analyzed and improved, which were reduced to 8 steps. These efforts made the degree of satisfaction increase to 4.3 points. Conclusions: Through this project, the reduced workloads of personnel increased both satisfaction and management effectiveness.
