Although the twenty-five words extracted in the Jia series no.24 were similar to the silk manuscript and Wang Bi text Ch.16, it is obviously lack of the last paragraph. Why are they different? Is it only because the Chu slips is a transcription? Or is there any possibility implied? By checking through the Chu slips and the silk manuscripts, this study aims to find out the relationship among the changes of these texts and further analyze the differences which resulted from interpretations of texts alternation. In addition, the author tries to figure out the historical cause of the alternation in the Huang-Lao trend of thought in the middle and later period of Warring States.
