摘要

本文從先秦以至現當代通盤簡述老學史之重點，文中指出歷代在結合其學術或社會風氣底下所形成的老學風氣裡，各有哪些重要的老學家與老學著作產生，間也對歷代一些特殊的解《老》人物或作品進行介紹，最後也帶出海外老學研究的概況。

The research comprehensively and briefly introduces the focal points of the history of Lao-tzu study from Pre-Chin era to the contemporary age. The research indicates that, in the common atmosphere of Lao-tzu study in the past dynasties/ the present age formed from either combining the academic ambience or the social climate, who were/ are those important scholars of Lao-tzu study, and which were/ are the weighty books of Lao-tzu study. Meanwhile, I make an introduction to the figures or works that annotated ”Lao-tzu” specially in the past dynasties and the modern times, and finally mention about the general situations of overseas research on the Lao-tzu study.
