Regarding the implementation of software projects, in addition to the technical complexity, but must face the social problems during the management process. This study views from the angle of negative impact caused by the practice of software development process, using the Modified Delphi Method and AHP to aggregate and investigate the relevant literature on "anti-patterns" in the software field. Through the survey on the related software development personnel responsible for business logic implementation, sorting out ten anti-patterns with a higher degree of impact to further explore its causes and suggest the solutions. This study aims to offer the reference to the project managers who attempt to improve the software development environment by helping to identify factors that cause the negative impact, escalating the risks recognition ability, reducing the probability of threats caused during the software development practice, improving the production efficiency, and enhancing the software quality.
