不論國內外,引進校外心理健康資源已成為當今學校輔導工作發展之必然趨勢,因此如何引入適切的校外專業資源、補強輔導室之不足,正考驗著學校輔導行政決策者與第一線的學校輔導人員。本研究主要目的為調查國小輔導室人員對校外心理健康專業協助之需求性,以作為規劃引進校外心理健康資源之參考,計有132位臺北市國小輔導主任(男59名;女73名)自願參與本研究。研究結果顯示:國小學童問題的出現頻率與對校外心理健康專業協助需求性具有正相關,也說是大多數的國小學童問題會隨著該問題的出現頻率增加,對校外心理健康的需求亦增高,不過也有少數問題例外。本研究特透過個案問題的出現頻率與對校外心理健康專業協助需求性進行整合分析,以提出提供學童完善的心理健康服務之建議。
Building extended mental health services for elementary schools has been viewed as one of the effective ways to alleviate the deficit of school counseling in Taiwan. The purpose of this investigation is to analysis the needs and priority of getting help from extended mental health services. Participants were 132 Taipei elementary school counselors (male 59, female 73). Results revealed that the frequencies of child client problems in elementary schools were correlated with the levels of extended mental health needs. In order to estimate the priority of getting help from extended mental health services, a cross-analysis between the frequency of child client problems and help needed from extended mental health services was conducted. Detail results and suggestions for further implementation are discussed.
