從雇主觀點探討會計資訊系畢業生就業能力

Study on the Employability of Accounting Information Graduates from the Employer's Perspective

摘要

數十年來，台灣以加工製造業及買賣業的蓬勃發展奠定經濟基礎，在此產業實務背景之下，國內就業市場對於商業會計輔以資訊科技的人才有長遠的需求。慈濟技術學院會計資訊系成立的總體教育目標係以「因應國際化與知識經濟時代的發展，以培養具人文素養與國際觀之優秀會計專業人才為宗旨」，故本研究計畫針對會計資訊系歷屆畢業生進行「校友就業動向」調查，以及針對聘僱本系學生之企業主或潛在雇主進行「雇主滿意度」調查。透過此一計畫之推展與執行，除進一步掌握與追蹤會資系畢業校友之就業動態外，亦可透過此一研究調查結果，瞭解會資系未來的教學目標與課程發展是否符合現代商業社會之就業市場需求，並做為未來會資系教學與課程發展之重要參考依據，以調整課程提升畢業生的就業力。

In decades, the rapid development in Taiwan's economy that was built primarily on fabrication and commerce industries has led to considerable increases of needs in the manpower with profession of accounting and IT knowledge. Tzu Chi College of Technology, Department of Accounting Information was established by targeting at ”educating students to possess professional knowledge and skills in accounting, auditing and financial management, in addition to a sense of humanism. We also stress the importance of having a global vision, so students' foreign language proficiency and computer skills are emphasized in this program. This study tried to investigate the employment status of the graduates and the employer satisfaction through online survey questionnaire on the department website. Hereby, the research results can be regarded as one of the key indicators to examine whether the educational objectives and the design of professional curriculum can meet the requirement of modern business society. In the future, further initiatives may be taken to design the industry-based programs and learning activities to enhance student's employability.
