摘要

本研究以南部地區20餘條試驗道路資料，並參考高雄地區內數家再生瀝青拌合廠的鋪築經驗，訂定高雄地區合適之再生瀝青混凝土品質檢驗規範。再生瀝青混凝土品質檢驗項目包括再生瀝青的黏度、刨除料含油量、壓實度、路面平坦度與施工溫度等。同時對取樣檢驗過程加以探討。期望藉此研究能提供良好的道路品質及有效解決刨除料的相關回收與應用之問題。

This study is on the basis of the test results obtained from about 20's test roads in the southern area of Taiwan and of the past construction experiences of the several recycled asphalt plants in Kaohsiung area in order to establish an adequate specification of quality testing of the recycled asphalt concrete mixes for Kaohsiung area. The items of the quality testing were included the viscosity of recycling asphalt, asphalt content of reclaimed asphalt concrete materials, compaction, surface smoothness and placement temperature. Furthermore, the requirements of the sampling process were also included. These are to be expected to promote the quality of the recycled asphalt concrete pavement and to solve effectively the issues of recycling and application for the reclaimed asphalt concrete materials.
