目前台灣所生產的轉爐石每年約為120萬噸,而瀝青路面刨除料亦有500萬噸,若能有效再利用於鋪面工程將可望解決廢料堆置問題,並提升瀝青混凝土之性質,使其性質增強、品質穩定及耐久性更長。 本研究係以刨除料添加量為0%之一般混凝土;刨除料添加量20%與轉爐石添加量為0%、12%、27%、42%及54%之再生瀝青混凝土;刨除料添加量40%與轉爐石添加量為0%、12%、22%及34%之再生瀝青混凝土;刨除料添加量60%與轉爐石添加量為0%、7%及14%之再生瀝青混凝土;轉爐石67%之再生轉爐石瀝青混凝土,共14組配比,以AC-20瀝青製作試體,得最佳含油量後,作馬歇爾試驗(含油量、穩定值、流度值、單位重、空隙率、VMA、VFA)與力學性質(間接張力強度、抗壓強度、殘餘強度、回彈模數)等性質。 本研究結果顯示,轉爐石篩分析比例多集中於3/4”、 1/2”、3/8”及 #4篩號,故會造成級配不佳之情形;轉爐石於比重、破裂面、扁平率及磨損率方面皆優於天然粒料,唯孔隙較多吸水率較高而影響其體積穩定性;最佳瀝青含油量則與轉爐石添加量成反比;馬歇爾基本性質方面,穩定值及單位重與轉爐石添加量成正比,而與流度值、V.M.A.、空隙率及V.F.A.成反比;力學性質方面,抗壓強度以刨除料20%、轉爐石27%之52.47kg/cm2最佳,間接張力強度以刨除料20%,轉爐石42%之5.32 kg/cm2為最佳,回彈模數則以刨除料40%、轉爐石34%之11021 kg/cm2最佳;磨損率方面以刨除料40%、轉爐石22%之2.7%為最低。
At present, the BOF slag was produced by the steelmaking approximate- ly 1.2 Million tons every years in Taiwan, However, a lot of waste materials have been rapidly increased by asphalt mixtures due to road pavement maint- enance. When asphalt mixtures with BOF slag could solved the waste depos- ited program and exhibits the performance of asphalt pavement. Several different substitution percentages of recycled asphalt mixtures with BOF slag were utilized in this study, All mixtures were blended with AC -20 asphalt binder. The asphalt mixtures design was conducted through the Marshell design method.The mechanics tests of indirect tensile strength, com- pressive strength, modulus resistance were used for determined the recycled asphalt mixtures with various BOF slag performance. The results showed that gradation of BOF slag aggregate were concent- rate on 3/4”, 1/2”, 3/8”, #4 sieve. BOF slag exhibits higher specific gravity, lower L.A. abrasion and F&E ratio. In addition, the Marshell stability, unit weight increased with the increase in BOF slag substitution percentages. That indirect tensile strength for 20% recycled asphalt mixtures with 42% substitution of BOF slag is higher than other mixtures, and that modulus resistance for 40% recycled asphalt mixtures with 37% substitution of BOF slag is also.
