化合物半導體專利概況與台廠在專利以外的新IP戰略可能性

摘要

化合物半導體被視為未來全球能源產業發展的關鍵技術，相關技術的專利戰局情勢也愈形明朗，透過產業專利檢索分析，可略窺化合物半導體發展趨勢，以及產業領先廠商。台灣政府為強化半導體產業，提出自2022年開始的四年「化合物半導體計畫」，而智財局也隨之在今年八月發布「化合物半導體功率元件之產業專利分析」報告，這份報告委託中衛發展中心及專利檢索中心進行，目的希望能藉此分析全球化合物半導體產業競爭者技術佈局概況及產業趨勢，從該報告的基礎上我們可進一步思考台灣廠商的IP戰略。
