探討病歷資訊管理人員對於電子病歷資訊系統成功關鍵因素之研究：延伸資訊系統成功模型

摘要

電子病歷的蓬勃發展，不僅可協助醫療專業人員提昇病人照護服務，也可提昇醫療照護品質。因此，電子病歷的開發者必須要考量如何建立一個有用的系統，用於儲存病人資料。儘管電子病歷發展對醫療照護上的重要性，卻忽略病歷資訊管理人員的影響。因此，本研究以更新DeLone and McLean（2003）資訊系統成功模型為基礎，整合「信任」及「電腦焦慮」來衡量病歷資訊管理人員對電子病歷資訊系統滿意度之影響。因此，本研究以有系統使用經驗的病歷資訊管理人員為研究對象進行問卷調查，來驗證研究模式變數之間的因果關係。本研究發出102份問卷，回收有效88份，有效回收率為86.3%。經假說驗證結果顯示：「系統品質」、「資訊品質」、「服務品質」及「信任」對「滿意度」有正向影響，而「電腦焦慮」則對「滿意度」則無顯著影響。因此，期望本研究結果，能提供醫院、政府單位、醫療資訊產業及學術界參考或運用。

The development of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) not only helps health professionals broaden patient services but also enhance the overall quality of the health care. Consequently, the developer of EMRs needs to consider how to establish a useful system for storing patient data. Despite its great potential, there are gaps in our understanding of how medical and health information managers evaluate those changes brought about by the EMR information system. Therefore, this research was carried out to provide an evaluation model to weigh the impacts of implementation of EMR information system from the perspective of medical and health information managers by combining an updated version of the DeLone and McLean (2003) information system success model, computer anxiety, and trust. A questionnaire was systematically distributed to medical information managers with experiences of using EMR information systems, the establishment of the institute research hypothesis, and conceptual model validation. There were 102 copies of the questionnaires sent and 88 valid ones came back, or the return rate of valid questionnaires was 86.3%. The results show that system quality, information quality, service quality, and trust have significant positive effects on users' satisfaction, while the influence from computer anxiety wasn't. The results would guide us to devote our limited resources to improve users' satisfaction with the EMR information system. The implications of these findings are discussed, and managerial guidelines are suggested.
