提升護理人員溝通之知識、態度與行為方案

在精神科工作領域中溝通是不可或缺的重要工具之一，若溝通能力欠佳將影響病患之照護品質。本單位屬精神科急性病房，除需提供急性照護外，與病患間的溝通障礙影響解決病患問題之能力，所提供之護理照護相對不足及簡化，故引發本專案改善動機。本專案目的在提升護理人員溝通知識、態度與行為之認知，收集資料時間為2010年7月5日至11月12日，以訪談及自擬問卷調查、分析後，確立問題為：教育訓練課程的講師缺乏溝通相關專業性課程訓練內容之設計、對溝通技巧執行經驗不足及自信偏低、會談室實用性不足。實施後知識正確率由73.3%提升至87.8%。態度前、後測百分比由69.8%上升至74%；行為前、後測百分比69.3%提高到73%；精神科護理人員課後溝通訓練課程滿意度問卷達80%。此專案結果可提升精神科護理人員溝通之知識、態度、行為，並增進護病關係及提升護理照護品質。

The communication is one of necessary important tools in the neurology department work domain, If poor communication skills will affect the quality of patient care. The project is to promote the knowledge, attitude and behavior of communication of psychiatric nurses, by the interview and since draws up the questionnaire survey, the analysis, the establishment question education and training curriculum lecturer lacks the communication correlation specialized curriculum to train design the content, to communicates the skill execution to be insufficiently experienced and self-confident somewhat low, the discussion room usability is insufficient. The results of this project post-implementation assessment of communication performance to improve their effectiveness, finally the knowledge accuracy by 73.3% promotes to 87.8%. The Attitude measured before and after the degree of 69.8% rises to 74%. The behavior measured before and after degree of 69.3% enhance to 73%, psychiatric nurses communication skills after school up to 80% satisfaction questionnaire. This project can indeed enhance the knowledge, attitude and behavior of communication of psychiatric nurses, and improved the nurse-patient relationship and improve the quality of nursing care.
