甲二級大專籃球教練領導行為對球員自信心與團隊凝聚力之影響

A Study on the Influence of Coach's Leadership Behavior on Sport-Confidence and Team Cohesion in Second Level College Basketball Team

摘要

本研究主要探討的目的：一、了解甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為對於運動自信心上是否有顯著影響。二、了解甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為對於團隊凝聚力上是否有顯著影響。三、了解甲二級大專籃球選手運動自信心對於團隊凝聚力是否有顯著影響。四、了解甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為在加入運動自信心後對於團隊凝聚力是否有顯著影響。本研究利用修編之「領導效能適應性描述問卷」，簡稱LEAD問卷為研究工具進行調查。本研究對象為甲二級大專籃球選手，共發出348份問卷，剔除無效問卷16份，有效問卷為332份，樣本回收率為95.4%。資料處理採描述性統計與簡單線性迴歸分析。調查之資料經統計分析後發現：一、甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為對於運動自信心上有顯著影響。二、甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為對於團隊凝聚力上有顯著影響。三、甲二級大專籃球選手運動自信心對於團隊凝聚力有顯著影響。四、甲二級大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為在加入運動自信心後對於團隊凝聚力有顯著影響。

The purposes of this study are(1)to understand the effect between coaches' leading behavior and self confidence among second level college basketball players. (2)to understand the effect between coaches' leading behavior and team cohesion among second level college basketball players. (3)to understand the effect between self confidence and team cohesion among second level college basketball players. (4)to understand the effect between coaches' leading behavior, self confidence and team cohesion among second level college basketball players. This study adopts the revised version of ”Leader Effectiveness and Adaptability Description” as research tool to survey. The research targets are 348 second level college basketball palyers. Among them, 16 guestionnaires are invalid, with the recruiting rate of 95.4%. Data collected are processed by description of statistical results and regression analysis. The major conclusions in this study are presented as follow:(1) Second level college basketball players' self confidence by coaches' leading behavior have significant statistical effect.(2) Second level college basketball players' team cohesion by coaches' leading behavior have significant statistical effect.(3) Second level college basketball players' team cohesion by self confidence have significant statistical effect.(4) Second level college basketball players' team cohesion by self confidence and coaches' leading behavior have significant statistical effect.
