Colleges Group A Baseball Player Perceived Coach Leadership Behaviors and Satisfaction Related Research

摘要


This study aimed to investigate colleges Group A baseball team players perceived coach leadership behaviors and satisfaction relevant circumstances. This study used questionnaires anonymously manner to perceived coach leadership behavior scale and satisfaction scale as a research tool, select a total of 480 players and colleges Group A baseball team artificially object of study, survey data, descriptive statistics, single factor ANOVA and Pearson correlation to analyze, after discussion found: 1.Most of the players are studying in private colleges and majoy in sports. They've been play baseball for a long time and most of them are represent for their school. 2.In the suvery of Perceived Coach Leadership Behaviors, the highest score is ”coaching training and the gauidance behavior” and the second high score is ”caring and comforting behavior”, ”athority behavior” gets the lowest score. 3.In the satisfacion of coaching training, the highest score is ”team atmosphere” and the second high score is ”the relationship of teammates”, ”personal reward” gets the lowest score.4.The people of the number of years engaging in a ball-game sport more or less have significant difference of ”coaching training and gauidance behavior” and ”democratic behavior”. The players' more or less success is different in ”the athority behavior”, ”caring and comforting behavior” and ”reward behavior”. 5.According to the survey, there is not much difference of satifaction of coaching training by College group A players who are in different colleges type, the years of the baseball field, the level of success. The older players have more satisfation on coaching training. 6.In coaching training behavior and satisfaction of training have highly related (P<.05, r=0.748), therefore we know that the player has highly satisfation who has more perceived coach leadership.
