學習動機、運動阻礙與學習滿意度之關係研究~以排球運動學習為例

The relationships among learning motivation, sport constraints, and learning satisfaction-taking volleyball as an example

摘要


本研究旨在探討學習動機、運動阻礙與學習滿意度間之關係,以中華醫事科技大學102學年度第1學期體育課興趣選項排球組,三班104位學生為對象進行調查研究,採用學習動機、運動阻礙與學習滿意度等量表為工具,經採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法處理,顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果發現:1.男、女學生在學習動機與運動阻礙的表現上均不具顯著差異;男學生在「教學成果」、「同儕互動」、「身體能力」與「體育行政」等四個滿意度構面上的表現上均顯著高於女生。2.學習動機中的「勝任」構面對於學生的「學習壓力」與「器材與功課」阻礙有顯著的負向影響;學習動機中的「喜歡」構面對於學生的「同儕互動」阻礙有顯著的負向影響。3.學習動機中的「投入」構面對於學生學習滿意度的「場地器材」、「教師能力」、「同儕互動」、「身體能力」與「體育行政」等構面均有顯著的正向影響。4.運動阻礙中的「資訊與技術」構面對於學生學習滿意度的「教師能力」、「教學成果」、「同儕互動」與「身體能力」等構面均有顯著的負向影響;運動阻礙中的「學習壓力」構面對於學生學習滿意度的「體育行政」構面均有顯著的負向影響;運動阻礙中的「器材與功課」構面對於學生學習滿意度的「教師能力」與「體育行政」等構面均有顯著的正向影響。最後根據研究結果,提供本校排球課程安排、教學之參考,亦對後續研究者提出建議。

This study is aimed to explore the relationships among learning motivation, sport constraints, and learning satisfaction. The participants were 104 students from three classes in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology who chose volleyball as their main interest in the PE class in the first semester in 2013 academic year. The scales of learning motivation, sport constraints and learning satisfaction were used to collected data, which were later analyzed statistically by descriptive statistics, independent t test, and multiple stepwise regressions. The level of significance was α=.05. The research findings are as follow: 1. There is no significant difference in both male and female students’ learning motivation and sport constraints; male students show significantly higher scores than female ones in four aspects in satisfaction: "learning result", "peer interaction", "physical ability", and "PE administration." 2.The "competence" in learning motivation suggests a significantly negative effect on students’ "learning pressure" and "equipment and assignment" constraint; The "liking" aspect in learning motivation displays a significantly negative effect on students’ "peer interaction" constraint. 3. The "engagement" in learning motivation has significantly positive effects on students’ satisfaction aspects "field equipment", "teacher ability", "peer interaction", "physical ability", and "PE administration." 4. The "information and skills" in sport constraints has a significantly negative influence on several satisfaction aspects: "teacher ability", "learning result", "peer interaction", and "physical ability"; The "learning pressure" aspect in sport constraints has a significantly negative effect on "PE administration" in learning satisfaction. The "equipment and assignment" in sport constraints shows a significantly positive effect on two satisfaction aspects: "teacher ability" and "PE administration". Based on the research findings, some suggestions are provided for this university’s volleyball curriculum, teaching and future researchers.
