競技倦怠在教練領導行為與運動表現滿意度間之中介效果探討

Exploring the Mediated Effect of Athletic Burnout between Coaching Behavior and Athletic Performance Satisfaction

摘要


本研究旨在探討競技倦怠變項在手球選手的教練領導行為與運動表現之間的中介效果,以191位(男128、女63)高中職手球選手為對象進行調查研究,採用競技倦怠、教練領導行為與運動表現滿意度等三個量表為工具,經描述統計、多變項變異數分析與階層迴歸分析等統計方法處理,顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果發現:1.高中職男子手球選手在精神與身體耗竭方面的倦怠顯著高於女子手球選手。2.高中職女子手球選手在訓練與指導、民主行為、獎勵行為與關懷行為等四個教練領導行為的知覺,顯著高於男子選手。3.高中職男子手球選手在教練指導的滿意度顯著高於女子選手。4.競技倦怠在教練領導行為與教練指導滿意度之間扮演著部分中介效果。最後根據研究結果,提供高中職手球教練訓練之參考,亦對後續研究者提出建議。

This study was aimed to investigate the mediated effect of athletic burnout between coaching behavior and athletic performance from the handball players' perspective. Participants were 191 high school handball players (128 males and 63 females). Three scales about athletic burnout, coaching behavior, and athletic performance satisfaction were used to collect data. These data were later analyzed statistically with descriptive statistics, MANOVA hierarchical regression analysis, etc. Level of significance was α=.05. The research findings are as follows: 1. High school male handball players showed significantly higher burnout than their female counterparts in terms of spiritual and physical exhaustion. 2. High school female handball players were significantly higher than their male counterparts in terms of four coaching behavior perceptions: training and direction, democratic behavior, awarding behavior and caring behavior. 3. High school male handball players were significantly higher than their female counterparts in their satisfaction with coaching direction. 4. Athletic burnout played partial mediated effect between coach's leading behavior and satisfaction with coaching direction. Finally these findings could serve as training references for high school coaches and recommendations for future researchers.
