隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,以知識為主要資源的企業日益增多,此等企業所需面臨的挑戰因而更勝以往,競爭力的良窳直接影響企業的存亡,良好的經營績效將是知識型企業得以永續發展的一幟保證。本文利用數個知名的演算技術,以個體企業為對象,透過價值鏈模式,旨在建構知識型企業的競爭力指標,並且從中探究競爭力聚焦的原因。在實證部分,本文選擇開發企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)的軟體公司做為代表性的知識型企業,以價值鏈模式識別出競爭力指標,再以認知圖技術擬定競爭力指標的因果關係與層級架構,最後利用模糊德菲爾層級分析法(Fuzzy Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process)確認各層級的指標權重分布。另外,為瞭解在各種不同決策環境下,各指標權重優先排序的變化,本文以共識指數α及悲觀指數λ兩參數進行各種不同狀況的模擬分析,所得結果可提供給決策者,以作為擬定因應策略的參考依據。
In knowledge-economy age, the number of enterprises that have regarded knowledge as main resources is increasing. However, the competitive environments they have encountered are more intensive than those encountered before. It is believed that good operation performance will be the guarantee toward permanent operation for knowledge-based enterprises. This research attempted to develop a series of procedures to construct the competitive index model for evaluating the performance of knowledge-based enterprises by integrating several numerical algorithms. In empirical verification, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software companies were selected as the representatives of knowledge-based enterprises. In this research, the value-chain model was firstly used to construct the preliminary structure of competitive indices. Secondly, the technique of cognitive maps was employed to map out the cause-effect relationship-and the hierarchy of the competitive indices. Finally, the fuzzy Delphi analytic hierarchy process method was utilized to decide the weights of the competitive indices. Furthermore, to understand the rank variations of competitive indices under different decision-making environments, the two parameters of α and λ were used to simulate the different situations for different values of them. As results, the analysis outcomes can be provided to the decision makers of knowledge-based enterprises for proposing useful strategies.
