The formation of corporate business strategies is tinged with profound mystery. Very few companies can clearly describe their strategy planning mechanism and how they confirm the reasonableness or appropriateness of their strategy planning procedure. Therefore, this study uses a case to offer readers a clearer picture of an integrated framework of strategy formation. The SWOT analysis approach is adopted. Based on six dimensions perspective of industry value chain and strategies, this study attempts to explore the current status and future development of the ERP industry in Taiwan. Further, this study uses Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard to present the strategic management of the case company. This study expects that the research results can be contributive to the case company and also serve as a reference for other domestic companies in developing strategic management models.
