The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of forceful exercise on cardiopulmonary functions. Our results show that cardiac structures and cardiopulmonary functions deteriorated under long-term overload exercise. Antioxidants may aid in decreasing the production of free radical during exercise. We suggest that physical activity requires appropriateness of both amount and degree, which will promote health in individuals.
