護理專業承諾與生涯發展之文獻探討

Literature Review of Professional Commitment and Career Development in Nursing

摘要


護理人員藉由專業化發展以建立專業承諾與確立生涯目標,除朝向終身學習,及致力擴展專業角色與功能外,進而提昇照、護服務品質,與促進生涯進階發展。本文旨在探討專業社會化、專業承諾及專業生涯發展間的相關性,依序呈現專業社會化、承諾、專業生涯發展之關係,專業發展之生涯路徑與護理發展模式等主題。本文期能對護理人員在建構有目的及有意義的專業生涯上有所助益,進而對護理教育與護理行政者於計劃性人才培育與提升專業服務品質有所貢獻。

Clinical nursing staff establish professional commitment and career goals through professional development. The main purposes are for life-long learning, professional role and function expanding, promoting health care service quality and advanced career development. The major themes of this paper will explore relationships between professional socialization, professional commitment and professional career development. Contents include the following subjects: (1) Present the definitions and relations between professional socialization, professional commitment and professional career development. (2) Introduce career pathways of professional development and a nursing development model. The authors hope to help clinical nursing staff not only to establish goal-oriented and meaningful professional career, but also to assist nursing staff development and health care quality.
