摘要

本文的目的是了解疼痛的概念。作者是利用Walker和Avant(1995)的概念分析方法來澄清疼痛的定義屬性、確認影響疼痛概念的前置因子以及疼痛可能引起的後果。從模範案例中可以了解疼痛的定義屬性；從邊緣性案例及相反案例中可以了解疼痛概念與其他相關概念的不同。從實證性的參考中可以知道目前的疼痛概念的發展。

The purpose of this paper is to expand the understanding of tile concept of pain. The authors intent to clarify the defining attributes of pain and identify antecedents that influence the perception of pain and the possible consequences of pain by using Walker and Avant's (1995) concept analysis. A model case demonstrates how pain is tied to these critical attributes. A borderline case and a contrary case are presented to differentiate the concept of pain from other concepts. Empirical referents demonstrate the current perspective of the concept of pain.
