發展電腦輔助系統降低急診採檢退件率之改善方案

檢體採檢爲急診室病人常見之處置，但不正確檢體採檢，不僅會延遲醫師診斷，更可能危及病人生命安全。專案介入前，急診室檢體被退件率爲1.14%，經實施解決辦法九個月後，包含運用建置檢驗採檢查詢系統網路；設計急診檢體採樣教學課程；制定急診室檢體採檢作業標準流程；發展急診採檢過程查檢稽核制度；建立送檢檢體錯誤獎懲制度；及增置檢體採檢資訊化工具系統後，急診室檢體採檢被退件率已降至0.12%。本專案不僅提高急診檢體採檢正確性，亦能確保急診護理照護之品質。

The specimen test is the most common procedures for patients in emergency department; however, inaccurate specimen collection may not only delay the diagnosis for physician, but also put patients at risk. The dismissal rate of specimens was 1.14% in emergency department before intervention. Nine months after the implementation of our solution strategies, which included the construction and application of internet specimen query system, building training courses concerning specimen collection, establishing standard operating procedure for specimen collection, developing audit system for the specimen collection process, establishing a reward and punishment system regarding specimen dismissals, and purchasing personal digital assistant systems, the dismissal rate of specimens was reduced to 0.12%. This project did not only directly increases the accuracy of specimen collection, but also improves the quality of nursing care in the emergency department.
