針灸治療泛自閉症障礙的文獻評讀

A critical appraisal of the systemic review: Autism spectrum disorder with acupuncture therapy

摘要


目的:針灸治療自閉症的文獻回饋與質料評估 方法: 以泛自閉症(Autism spectrum disorder), 針灸(Acupuncture), 隨機對照實驗(Randomnized controlled trial)做為關鍵字,在PubMed 資料庫進行搜索2005-2015 年的文章。結果: 在PubMed 找到8 篇隨機對照研究期刊,考量情境設定相近、證據力等級較高、發表時間較近等條線,選取證據力等級為Level I 與Level II 的文獻各一篇。結論: 以實證醫學VIP(效度Validity、效益Impact、臨床的實用性Practice)的方式嚴格分析這兩篇文獻,發現針灸治療自閉症可以增進認知表達能力、增進肌肉協調能力以及可促進社會化交流,而其醫療建議在分析過後是低風險、可執行且值得信賴的。

Objective:Objective: The purpose of this research was to critically appraise the current systemic review processs by evaluating systematic reviews on acupuncture for Autism spectrum disorder. Methods:Autism spectrum disorder, Acupuncture and Randomized Controlled trials(RCTs) are our search key words for the PubMed database from the year of 2005 to 2015. Results:We found 8 RCT articles in the PubMed. Considered the higher similarity with our PICO, the higher level of evidence and the latest publishing time, a Level I and a Level II articles were finally included. Conclusion:After critically appraisal the articles with the method of VIP(Validity, Impact, Practice), we found out that after acupuncture therapy, autism spectrum disorder patient can achieved improvement in cognition , receptive language, coordination of the muscles and social initiation. The medical advise was three seesion of electroacupuncture weekly and 30minutes each session. At least one month of therapy will see the improvement.
