The research started from the perspective of Taiwanese linguistic culture. This study would be based on "Theory of Planned Behavior," and hope to explore the public's attitude and behavioral intention toward the written Taiwanese flow charts. The results of this study were summarized as below. First, the public's attitude towards the "perceived usefulness" and "perceived ease of use" of written Taiwanese flow charts is positively correlated. Second, "perceived usefulness", "perceived ease of use" and "attitude" are positively related to behavioral intentions. Last, self-efficacy can positively moderates between "attitude" and "behavioral intention".
