摘要


在軍事人員中,下背痛是肌肉骨骼系統分類裡面最容易導致失能的傷害。一定比例的飛行員都受此疾病影響。除了局部疼痛以外,嚴重時更會造成腰椎椎間盤的傷害。經過文獻評讀,不只是資深的飛行員會因為飛行時數累積導致下背痛,年輕的飛行員也有可能因為過度繁重的飛行任務導致此疾病。腰部及下背痛對於不少飛行員來說猶如芒刺在背,是一個可能影響飛行動作甚至安全的議題。多個研究發現核心肌群在下背痛的成因以及治療佔有一席之地,因為鑑測的仰臥起坐動作可能會讓飛行員較少均勻的訓練到整體的核心肌群,加強較弱的核心肌群可以改善下背痛。本文將會介紹美軍戰鬥機飛行員的核心肌群訓練計畫如何執行。本文藉由探討腰部及下背痛的成因以及治療方向,同時參照各國空軍對於這個主題的研究,藉此成為一塊敲門磚,希望對我國空軍飛行員能有更大的助益。

Low back pain is like a thorn in the back and an issue that affects flight behavior and potentially flight safety for many pilots. We reviewed articles about the causes and treatment directions of low back pain for the pilots of the Air Force. From my observation as a flight doctor and an orthopedic surgeon, I noticed that the percentage of pilots troubled by lower back pain and neck pain are not as expected compared with reports in the literature, probably because of flight qualifications, age and other factors. Combat pilots already have this problem and it affects their training process. I hope to improve the status quo, which has become the source of motivation for the author to write this article.
